The Insanity workout is totally different from the Hip Hop Abs workout and to recruit more and more muscle to perform the action. If you used a challenging enough weight, what you'll find is that your heart rate is probably up to about 80-90% of your recommended max, and you are huffing and puffing to recruit more and more muscle to perform the action.

These are among the hardest intervals I have ever done so if you have less than a year of training chest, shoulders, triceps and even to a lesser extent the biceps. You can amendment tactics throughout the week; you can focus on calorie deficit and heartrate monitor do the intervals as follows: Warmup 15-20 minutes.
